Except as provided in this paragraph, this Agreement may not be amended.

Web-base Membership Terms of Service

Once you have ordered Funding Applications, you will be given a username and a password to enter the "Member's Only" Web-based Resource Center. You will be charged $34.95 for access to the web-based resource center. You can cancel at any time by emailing us at support@fundingapplications.com or calling us on our toll-free number: 888-846-8472, or by sending us a letter at 73 Greentree Dr. #52 Dover, DE 19904. The charges on your credit card will appear as USAGrants or USFund.org. WE ALSO HAVE A GUARANTEE. If you apply for funding using one of the applications you find on our website and you don't receive funding, your membership fees will be refunded to you immediately. All you have to do is provide us with the name of the funding opportunity you applied for and a copy of the rejection letter you received from the funder by mail or email. No refunds will be given for membership fees after 30 days of the date of the last transaction unless you provide the documentation of your application and your denial letter. By placing your order, you authorize Funding Applications to charge your credit card the described fees.

Funding Application Research Service

Funding Applications provides members with the Funding Application Research Service. This service is offered to clients as they purchase. Our research team will research new funding opportunities on the internet as they become available and offer them in one place on the site for them to review the ones that they potentially could qualify for if they meet the funder’s criteria. By agreeing to this service, the user agrees to a membership fee of $34.95 per month, which is waived for the first 30 days. If the client does not cancel the service, they will be charged $34.95 each month for this ongoing service. We may change our subscription plans and the price of our service from time to time. If you do not wish to accept the price change or change to your subscription plan, you can cancel your subscription before the change takes effect by calling our toll-free number, 888-261-4837, or by emailing us using our online form on our contact us page.

Service Modification or Interruption

Funding Applications reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service with or without notice to the member. Funding Applications shall not be liable to member or any third party should Funding Applications exercises its right to modify or discontinue the service. Member acknowledges and accepts that Funding Applications does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to our website and that operation of our website may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control.

Limitation of Liability

Funding Applications shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever. Particularly, Funding Applications shall not be liable for any special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages; this includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits or revenue, or intangible losses, or loss of use arising out of or related to this website or the information contained in it; whether such damages arise in contract, negligence, tort, under statute, in equity, at law, or otherwise (even if the company has been advised of the possibility of such damages). Funding Applications retains the right to terminate any accounts involved with botnets and related activities. If any hostnames are used as command and control points for botnets, Funding Applications reserves the right to direct the involved hostname(s) to a honeypot, loopback address, logging facility, or any other destination at our discretion.

Additional Terms

If any part of this Terms of Use Agreement shall be deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, that portion shall be severable from the other provisions (and any partially-enforceable provision) and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. You agree that this Terms of Use Agreement may be assigned by Funding Applications, at our sole discretion, to a third party in the event of a merger or acquisition. This Terms of Use Agreement shall apply in addition to, and shall not be superseded by, any other written agreement between us in relation to your participation as a member. Member agrees that by accepting this Terms of Use Agreement, member is consenting to the use and disclosure of their personally-identifiable information as described in our Privacy Policy Statement.
